BOOK BUYBACK POLICY
Campus Book & Supply will purchase your textbook back for 50% of the NEW price, even if purchased used, under these conditions:
- It MUST be used the following semester.
- If we are not overstocked.
- Study guides must have LESS than 5 pages written on, and all pages MUST be in the book.
- If the text came with a CD it MUST be returned with the same CD.
- All pages MUST be in the textbook.
- If you purchased a package all material must be together.
The best time to sell back your books is during the last two weeks of the Fall and Spring semesters. We do however buyback year round. If the text is not being reused the following semester we may still be able to buy the book back.
We will purchase the book back regardless where it was originally purchased.
All book buybacks are subject to the discretion of management
TEXTBOOK REFUND POLICIES
· ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
· ALL SUMMER RETURNS MUST ALSO BE ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE.
· PURCHASES ORIGINALLY MADE WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO THE CARD, CARD MUST BE PRESENT.
· RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THE 1ST WEEK OF EACH SEMESTER WITH A SALES RECEIPT.
· RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THE 2ND WEEK OF FALL AND SPRING SEMESTERS WITH PROOF OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE COURSE AND A SALES RECEIPT. (SUMMER SEMESTER CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO A 1-WEEK RETURN PERIOD).
· ALL OTHER TEXTBOOK SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
· NO RETURNS ON ACCESS CODES AND REMOTE CONTROLS.
· NO RETURNS ON NOVELS.
· NO RETURNS ON CD’S.
· SHRINK WRAPPED PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF OPENED.
· NEW BOOKS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION AND IN SHRINK WRAP (IF APPLICABLE).
· NO RETURNS ON COURSE MATERIALS PURCHASED FOR COURSES LESS THAN 5 WEEKS IN LENGTH.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICIES

· NO RETURNS ON STUDY AIDS
